Men of Valor: it’s not just about looks
This is a guest post by Mark R Demos of www.corp-dna.com
Recently three real men displayed the greatest acts of courage and defined the very nature of what it means to be a man! They protected those who they loved. The great tragedy that happened in Colorado perpetrated by a mad man who walked into a movie theater and gunned down innocent people was also marked by three acts of amazing chivalry. Three men who were with their girlfriends: Jon Blunk, Matt McQuinn and Alex Teves showed what real men are made of.
The Gents Place is where real men go to groom and make their exteriors look the way men of distinction and class should look. The question I would like to ask each man is does the external man match the internal strength of character and action?
Looking good is important but being great and being a man who stands tall, stands strong and would have the courage to take a bullet for someone he loved is the very definition of a man. Chivalry is not dead. Men of distinction showed us that recently in the ultimate act of valor. What act of valor or chivalry could you as a real Gent demonstrate that would give evidence of your inner man? How can you be a hero today?
